SANDRA E. HODGIN
Dr. Sandra Hodgin has a dual PhD in the disciplines of Political Science (Public Policy concentration) and Education, with a research emphasis on Title IX. She has worked as a sexual harassment Policy Research Associate at RAND Corporation, has worked with multiple higher education institutions, such as Colorado State University, as an in-house Title IX Compliance expert, and has worked with multiple law firms on Title IX civil lawsuit cases as their Title IX expert witness. With a passion to help eliminate sexual misconduct through Title IX policy compliance, Dr. Hodgin founded Title IX Consulting Group that provides Title IX consultation for K-12 school districts, community colleges, universities, and organizations affiliated with education, as well as, Title IX expert witness analysis for law firms that are hired to work on Title IX cases on campuses or within the civil court proceedings. Additionally, Dr. Hodgin teaches PhD courses for the disciplines of Policy and Education to impact future scholar/practitioners and sits on the Board of Directors for Project Sister (a Southern California Rape Crisis Center). Dr. Hodgin enjoys life and the outdoors with her partner Dave and their dog Copper and appreciates the ability to be a catalyst for positive change.
