Outreach Plus Covid-19

When Student Retention and Student Debt was reigning as key issues on every campus this presentation introduced the thinking behind and process that has helped University Collection Departments find partners in other offices to set records retaining students and resolving their financial issues.
With Covid-19 causing new twists and a focus returning to Retention and Resolution we are offering an update of the initial story and plan and HOW-TO incorporate the efforts in today’s environment.
We will discuss:
- Cross department teamwork partnering with:
- Academic departments and advisors
- Financial aid
- Computer services
- Establishing a plan that works from billing through write-off
